Warum kartoffeln schälen, wenn es nicht sein muss? dank der neuen messerabdeckung mit peeler schält dein thermomix® tm5 oder tm6 für dich mühelos kartoffeln und wurzelgemüse. Dafür am mittleren plastikeinsatz halten und den schaft mit dem peeler in die richtige position bringen, bis es einrastet. Dann das gemüse (max. 800 g) in den mixtopf geben. Für optimale ergebnisse gemüse von der gleichen größe verwenden. • unabhängig von der gemüsemenge, 600 g wasser und 1 teelöffel öl (optional) gegen schaumbildung hinzugeben. • beim thermomix® tm6 den mixtopfdeckel und messbecher fest verschließen, dann den „peeler"-modus starten.
